19 Famous Quotes by 19 Famous People

I don’t know about you, but I love reading quotes. I don’t even really have to know the person who is saying it, just so long as the quote hits me with a new or challenging thought for areas of my life that are important to me or that I would like to improve. In ‘Unlimited Power’ by Anthony Robbins, he speaks to the reader about modeling those people who have the characteristics that you would like to adapt for yourself. In my mind, reading quotes gives me the ability to connect with leaders of years past or present, and allows me to adopt a mindset that I know will lead to better thoughts and actions for my life.

Without further delay, let’s get to the quotes from some of the greatest leaders ever born in the month of April.

I live and die by quotes myself. The list above contains some very interesting ones that I have never come across. “There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.” by Colin Powell and “Listen to many, speak to a few.” by William Shakespeare are definitely my fav from the list.

I absolutely love quotes, too. I love the Shakespeare quote. So much learning in life can come from taking the time to listen to others.
