It is with great excitement that I announce today the launch of my new website – www.run4play.com.
Run 4 Play is a fundraising website to help raise awareness and funds for Right To Play Canada. Over the next 6 months I will be participating in 6-10 trail running and road running events. Combine this with many hours of training and I will be running over 100 kilometers between now and October 1st, 2010. Along the way it will be my own personal mission to raise awareness for all the great work Right To Play does around the world, as well as keep an active journal of all my running adventures.
The site will include an easy link to my official Right To Play fundraising page, where people will be able to make safe and secure donations. It will also show a fundraiser tracker to show my progress towards my goal of raising at least $5,000 over the next six months. Breaking that down, that is only 250 donations of just $20.
